I've had my share of bad customer service experiences, but this one was by far the worst. I placed an online order for pickup, and when I arrived, I double-checked the pizza boxes to make sure everything was correct. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was incorrect and ice cold. I brought this up to the cashier, who was friendly and understanding. He asked the manager, who was busy making pizzas, to prepare a replacement. However, the manager was extremely unfriendly and rude. I showed him my order on my phone, and while he agreed to make a new pizza, he insisted that I had to pay for it again. Customer service and appreciation at Domino's Pizza are severely lacking. The store owner was very rude during my pickup experience, clearly taking out her frustration on customers. When I entered the store while on a call, I immediately gave my name when asked, but for some reason, she didn’t note it, and another employee had to remind her. As she handed me my order, she rudely told me not to be on the phone when picking up. I provided all necessary information when asked, and what I choose to do inside the store is none of her business. The management definitely needs customer service training.
This is the worst Domino's I've ever visited. The staff was unfriendly, and the food quality was quite disappointing. It felt like they were offering poor service as if everything was complimentary. I really hope a new Domino's opens up closer to our neighborhood soon.
I wish I could give zero stars. Very disappointing experience. They didn’t have paper plates or chili flakes. The staff were very rude. You have to specifically ask for any dips, otherwise they won’t give them to you at the counter. I will never order from here again.

The restaurant is clean, the owner is very friendly, and my order was spot on. The food was delicious! I absolutely love Domino's Pan Pizza and cheesy bread.
My order was wrong, and they refused to bring the correct one to my house. On top of that, they didn't answer the phone and completely ignored me.
The staff is always friendly and helpful! The pizzas at this location are consistently outstanding!
