We ordered the thin crust pizza. Although the pizza was good, the thin crust was like a cracker. The cheese wasn 't as hot and gooey as we liked. Next time, we will order a different crust. The one big drawback was the rude worker, Steve, that answered the phone. I was trying to ask if I was allowed one pizza topping or two with the 5.99 medium pizza special. He cut me off saying Yeah, yeah, yeah, that 's the special. Now, what do you want on the first pizza? I answered but did not appreciate the rudeness. The pizza is getting worse and worse. Dominos is what it is, so you don’t order it expecting to be overwhelmed with quality but this is unacceptable The minimal staffing (there’s only been one or two people the last few times I’ve visited in the past 2-4 months) is clearly beginning to affect the product; this is the driest pizza I’ve ever received from the company or this location. There was practically no sauce on the pizza and as you can see what little bit of cheese is on the center of the pizza is burnt. The three stars is mostly indicative of prior positive experiences, this order was easily a one or two-star product.
Absolute joke! I ordered 12 pizzas more than 24 hours in advance for an 11am pickup. They open at 10:30. I get there at 11:05am expecting them to be ready as I had like 60+ guests ready to eat! I walk in to the guy saying “ we are not open yet our manager isn’t here yet.” Yet their hours are outside posted as 10:30. The dude didn’t even know my order was due until he checked and said “oh yeah it’s right here.” He had zero explanation as to why it wasn’t starters. Didn’t seem in a rush to find out why. Thank goodness for little caesers for being able to knock out 12 pizzas for me in under 15 minutes. Such a joke!
The service was extremely slow. It was early evening on a Friday, and surprisingly, there were only two staff members on duty. One was busy running around, while the other was a delivery driver. I ended up waiting 20 minutes longer than the promised pickup time, and as a gesture for my inconvenience, I received an email offering one free medium pizza with one topping. I appreciate the offer, but it feels a bit underwhelming considering the hassle I experienced—probably costing you no more than a dollar to prepare.

We placed an online order and it stated it would be ready for pick up at 6:30. I get there at 6:30 and am told that they haven't even started my order and that it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before my order would be ready. I have to drive 15 minutes to pick up the pizza because they don't deliver to my house just to be told it's not ready. I am very disappointed and will not return
They don't answer their phone. I placed an online order to pick up later, and wanted to add to it, but after calling 5 times you can't be bothered to pick up the phone once? This is why I never pay in advance. If you can't be bothered to pick up the phone, I won't be bothered to pick up my order.
I really appreciate the management team at this Domino's location. I always place my order whenever I can. The food has consistently been excellent. I hope everything is okay after their recent closure. I really miss my Square Cut Pan Pizza!

I had a disappointing experience. They put my cold salad on top of my hot pizza, which made it soggy by the time I received it.
