The workers here pay almost no attention to the orders. Almost every time we order from here our order is incorrect and need to have it remade. We have even had a time very recently when our order was incorrect, they had to remake it for us, and a delivery guy took our remade pizza. We were waiting in the store for it! Three pizzas and an hour later, we finally came home with the right pizza. They were nice enough to give us a complimentary pizza and dessert on the account. The quality not the pizza at this Domino's has always been great but the attention of the workers always seems to be off. It's just very frustrating to have orders messed up so frequently. When I arrived to collect my pizza about 20 minutes later, the manager (who is tall, slim, and young-looking) told me that someone with the same name as mine—my name is quite unique—had already picked up the pizza. The staff began to laugh, which didn’t sit well with me. While I've encountered rudeness in NYC, I've never experienced anyone mocking my name before. It made me quite uncomfortable, and I couldn’t shake the feeling of being judged based on my race. Thankfully, I managed to keep my composure, and after about a 15-minute wait, I finally received my free pizza.
Despite this unsettling experience with my favorite pizza chain (at least in New York), I haven’t returned to any Domino's...
I love this place! her skin-close pizza is delicious and the online ordering system is fantastic. so easy and the $7.99, 3-topping, big cake is such a tasty! they always have my order ready in time. add to all this size a super reward program, and they will also become a loyal customer.
Literally got cursed out for asking directions, your employee not wearing the correct uniform with a bandanna I believe manger) Will NEVER be ordering from this location. Your employee need more RESPECT and SELF CONTROL, I feel sorry for the owner 9/8/22 around 6:10pm

much faster than anyone, less expensive, especially for pick-up orders, and always fresh pizza is not frozen as papa john’s domino’s is actually fresh! this in matawan also has super friendly antidote! always smile! Five stars!
I ordered a handmade pan pizza online, and it was definitely worth it—fresh and hot when I arrived to pick it up. The staff was friendly, too. This is the only Domino's in the area that consistently gets my orders right.
Literally mold in the walls and sink in this store, employees do not wash hands especially after smoking. Products constantly expired. I would give this store negative 100 if I could I do not recommend any go here.
I have to say Vincent was extremely polite, and made me chuckle, the pizza was delivered quickly and perfectly. It was delish and I couldn’t be happier with Dominoes and Vincent. Thank you so much !!!!

I love the taste, it is because of the crust and the cheese. But this branch does not give chilli flakes and oregano or cheese.
This is the best pizza I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly. As I promised, I'm leaving a five-star review!
