I had a terrible experience! When I called to place an order, a woman answered and asked me to hold for a minute. I ended up waiting on the line for 10 minutes without her returning to take my order. Frustrated, I called from another phone and faced the same issue. However, when I visited the restaurant in person, I saw the staff just standing around doing nothing. The service was absolutely terrible! If it were possible, I would give zero stars.
Absolutely the best service I've experienced at a pizza place! I've been ordering from this location for more than 20 years. Having lived in Cranford my entire life—31 years now—I've never encountered any problems since I started ordering at around age 10. There has never been a wrong order, nothing has ever been missing, and the delivery and pickup are always prompt and efficient. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!
I had a very disappointing experience with a raw pizza and cheesy bread from Cranford Domino's. When I called to report the issue, the manager dismissed my concerns and didn't offer any solutions. Instead, he shouted at me because I couldn't return the food, as I was on my way to work, and he refused to send someone to pick it up. I'm really frustrated, and now my kids won't have dinner tonight. Thanks a lot, Cranford Domino's!
We ordered our pizzas for pickup, so I can't comment on their delivery service, but the pizzas themselves are absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Parking can be a bit tricky—if the front lot is full, there's extra parking available at the back. If that area is also crowded, I suggest using the bank parking lot to the left of the building.
