The Domino's in Rahway, New Jersey, located at the corner of St. George, is the worst Domino's I've ever encountered. This includes their management. I received the wrong pizza and it took two and a half hours for my correct order to arrive. When I asked for a refund, the staff responded rudely, saying they couldn’t issue one because the driver was already out. They suggested I return the incorrect pizza to the driver and even told me to either keep it and reheat it or do whatever I wanted with it. Do NOT order from Domino's Pizza. I placed an order for my family tonight, and the delivery took over an hour (okay, it's Friday), but half of the items from the menu were missing. When I called the delivery driver, he said they didn’t have the missing items and had to return to the store, which meant waiting even longer. He promised to be back with the food in 30 minutes, but over an hour later he arrived—only to deliver an incomplete order and a half-eaten pizza! When I called back, the woman answering said they were very busy and handed the phone to a manager who simply apologized and offered to refund the $8 pasta dish. Are you serious? This was a terrible experience with Domino's Pizza.
Surprisingly, the Pizza was exquisite! The wait on Christmas Day was long, but the product excelled my and my son's expectations!Kudos to that particular franchise! Keep your staff and ingredients! TERRIBLE. I ordered pizza online. It was delivered TWO HOURS later. It was dry and cold and burned. Any attempt to heat this mess would only further burn it. I attempted twice to contact the store but no one bothered to pick up the phone. I would never ever order from this trash house again.
Every time I order pizza at night, it comes overcooked and lacks sufficient cheese and sauce. It's quite disappointing. Management should prioritize delivering the quality customers expect for their money. Please address this issue.
The service was terrible. My pizza wasn't ready on time, and the staff acted as if I was going to cause problems. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The first time I visited, the food was great. However, after two more visits, the meals were cold or undercooked. I'm done wasting my time here.
