Online Said My Estimated Time Was Approximately 40 Minutes So I Arrived In 35 After Waiting In My Car For An Additional 15 Minutes I Went Inside To See How Much Longer And They Told Me At Least Another 30 Minutes At The Minimum!! It Is Unacceptable For A Business To Leave A Customer Waiting For That Amount Of Time Without Any Discount Or Even Offering Another Option Like Free Delivery When The Order Is Ready. Instead I Just Have To Sit Here And Wait Since I Already Paid Online!! I Will Never Come Back Here Again!! I Hope You Enjoy That $50 Because You'll Never Get Another Penny From Me!! Horrible Service And Even Worse Management Staff!!!
that's the last time I get something from this. this pizza should be extra sauce, extra cheese and extra sausage. there is no sauce. there are 12 pieces on it and the amount of cheese is missing so that the layer of cheese burned when the pizza was cooked. that's not a pizza. that's a burned disc müll. I tried to call and nobody answered the phone. Unfortunately this is the norm for this dominos and the customer service is not available. we will not order from here again. that's the third time we were burned by this place. no more.
11/17) Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheese breads. Pizza arrived cd and due to allergies I said I didn't want specific toppings which I still ended up with on the pizza. Been on hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered the phone and offered me a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.Update: I was told 2 to 3 business days and I would get my refund, I still haven't gotten my refund yet (11/24). I understand things can be chaotic but this is absurd to say the least.
I'm sorry but the food is only good sometimes ... the customer service sucks, they are rude, not patient, they will hang up instead of holding they will try to rush you off the phone. It's just rude im sad because I used to love dominos :
