Domino's Pizza - Reservar una mesa

The pizza is good, but unfortunately the restaurant is extremely unorganized. I ordered a pizza on uber eats and explicitly wrote that they should remove the pork topping. They delivered it 1 hour later with pork. I called again to have a new pizza delivered and was promised it would arrive 30-40 minutes later. I called when it did not, and was on the phone with an agitated employee who was unable to take the time to listen to me. He told me that no pizza had even been made yet/ nothing was on the way. He asked me if I myself could pick up the pizza, to which I said no. He then started shouting at me that he would personally make the pizza and deliver it himself and that he had no time to ta...

I'm very disappointed after this week. I ordered two times the same pizza and both time they came with mushrooms. I specifically wrote ALLERGIC TO MUSHROOMS. Two times in one week!! In my 20years as a client in US and UK of domino's ,here in switzerland they are not doing good. Maybe I should complain to Michigan the main offices cause they didnt gave me solution after I called and I wrote them two times in one week. Awful.

Amazing pizza, standout for fast food. This particular shop has very little space for waiting, so in cold days don't bring all your friends with or you'll be left waiting out in the cold.

It took 20 minute for my order to leave the restaurant and 25 for it to get to my apt (260m from the restaurant) Highly disappointed.

I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for my pizza. When it arrived it was cold and not edible. I find that a disgrace.
