I recently had a very disappointing experience at Domino's. The customer service was subpar, and my food arrived cold. They had promised me a credit for my order, but when I called to redeem it, they said they had no record of it and couldn’t offer any compensation. I would recommend steering clear of this place, as the poor customer service and cold food just aren’t worth it. Tanya was the manager who assured me about the credit, but it was Muhammed, the manager who denied it, who was unreasonable about the situation, even after I waited over an hour and five minutes for my order to arrive.
This place has the worst service I've ever experienced. More often than not, they mess up my one-item orders. Tonight, I placed a pickup order and arrived at the store 20 minutes later, only to be told they didn't have the item I requested and that they were just about to call me to let me know. There was no apology or any acknowledgment of the mistake. This is just another disappointing experience from a store that consistently delivers poor service. I’m done with them. Domino's really needs to replace this crew.
I recently ordered pizza from Domino's, and my experience was very disappointing. My order was entirely incorrect, and when I called to voice my concerns, the manager, Muhammed, was quite rude and unhelpful. He would not accept responsibility for the mistake and kept shifting the blame onto the delivery driver. His customer service was lacking, and I have decided I will not be ordering from Domino's again.
I truly appreciate the young staff at this restaurant; they really excel in their roles. When it comes to Domino's pizza, we definitely have our favorites. We ordered the Brooklyn pizza, and I've noticed that some people like to choose the half-and-half option as well. For those following a special diet, they also have keto pizza available!

Kameron and the team at this Domino's are doing an outstanding job! Kameron has a great attitude and assisted me in resolving an issue I was having with the app. This location is my favorite; the pizza is always delicious! Make sure to give the manager a shout-out for all their hard work. They truly deserve it!

The cake is truly remarkable, and the feta and spinach cheese bread is absolutely delightful.
