I truly can't find the words to express my gratitude! This experience went above and beyond my expectations. My husband is a truck driver, and we find ourselves away from family more than we'd like. We wanted to surprise his family with a pizza and dessert, so we asked if they could include a note indicating it was from us. I even warned them that his family might think they received the order by mistake since they hadn’t placed one. The staff not only honored our request but also printed the note on red paper, which was perfect! Thank you so much for making this happen; I could hear the joy in his mother's voice, and it was all thanks to you!
Tonight, I ordered a pizza and received a message at 9:57 stating that it was on its way. Even though I live fairly close to Domino's, my order didn't arrive until 10:35. By that time, the pizza was cold, the cheese was unmelted, and it wasn't even cut. The delivery driver who brought it was in a white Crown Vic and parked directly in front of my well-lit house, which has four floodlights, so visibility wasn’t an issue. When I called to voice my concerns, they sent another delivery person, but the problem remained unresolved. The woman who delivered the pizza this time was quite rude. This has become a recurring issue for me.
Ignore the negative reviews. The staff was very polite when I picked up my order. The food tasted great and was well prepared. You just need to be patient. Waiting for a pizza is like waiting for a cake to bake. I'm happy Domino's is in Manning. Keep up the hard work, big employees—I know you’re doing your best! They deserve a raise.
I picked up my pizzas, and for the first time, the staff was cheerful and welcoming. Plus, the pizza was absolutely delicious. I had a fantastic experience with the service today!
