Domino's corporate and this location clearly don't value their customers. They seem more interested in taking people's hard-earned money than providing good service. Orders take 2-3 hours to arrive, and they rarely answer the phone—when they do, they are dishonest. Orders are often incorrect, and beverages are frequently substituted for something different than what was ordered. Contacting corporate is just as frustrating; they offer a 50% off coupon only for online orders at full price, which feels like a poor attempt to make up for the bad experience. Usually I don't have a problem but, this time was horrible. I placed my order I had to help the young lady spell my name, they were understaffed because it was only 2 of them in there at first. The young mans attitude was horrible, he was fussy and the interaction with him and his coworker could've been worked out when the guests have left. He was tossing utensils you heard them clinging. At the end of the day some other guys just came out of nowhere, I had my kids with me, my pizza crust was dry, other patrons were frustrated, it was getting crowded, and my food looked like it was tossed meaning my loaded tots. Overall experience not happy at all.
Dominoes pizzerias are straight garbage. This one doesn’t even deserve the one star that I had to give it. I called to get a status update on my pizza that I ordered an hour ago and the manager proceeded to tell me that he was the only person in and all his employees called out. I told him that I’ve been waiting for my pizza an hour, and I expected to be reimbursed as the promotion and advertisements all over the television state, he refused to reimburse me and when I told him I’d call corporate, he said go ahead will never order pizza from Domino’s again. Manager was very rude.
I order from this Dominos about twice a month. 20% of the time my order is incorrect but I never complain I just eat it. A few days ago I paid for a large pizza and they gave me a medium, so I decided to say something and they offered me credit for a free large pizza (which I appreciated). So I just called to place the order and give my phone number so I can get the free pizza and they told me that they have no idea what I’m talking about and they don’t give away free pizza. I mean cmon guys, get it together.

I ordered a pizza an hour and a half ago, and when the delivery guy finally called, he said he was outside, expecting me to come out and get it. When I asked why he didn't just bring it to my door, he kept insisting he was right outside. I had to tell him to bring the pizza to me. I also tried calling the restaurant for help, but I was put on hold for 30 minutes before they hung up on me. I would not recommend ordering from this location!
I would give zero stars if possible. I waited over an hour for two items, even though my email said the delivery would take 15-25 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and missing all the sauces. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then called again and waited another 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time—this place is a complete joke!
I can't understand why I keep putting myself through this! The pizza your chef creates is just not good. Every Friday, I order pizza, and I've been let down time after time these past few weeks. The crust is incredibly thin, and there’s hardly any sauce. It honestly feels like I'm eating paper! It's clear they don't care about their customers!
Close the store down… 4th Time ordering they barely gave me any toppings that I paid for AND ORDERED. FOOD CAME COLD. When asking for a refund the store manger was rude ! Definitely calling corporate. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE TRY A LOCAL PIZZA PLACE INSTEAD

My pizza was very fresh and delicious, and the pasta was great as well. The service was excellent. I will definitely be back and recommend it to others!
