The deliveryman finally arrives but doesn’t even move to our home, he stays at the end of the street. The pizza came cold! In addition I order a super veggie I get a pizza or I miss 1/4 of the ingredients (salade goat), it’s not the first time there’s not even a month they’ve totally deceived pizza I said it happens, but at some point I have to be competent I pay a benefit I’d like it to be honored. I can understand Sunday night’s rush but there’s not to be badly polite with its customers.
Ordered online at 7.30pm, the pizza tracker remains blocked on preparation and when I call at 9pm the Domino 's de Malo in charge of my order I am placed waiting 5 minutes. I had to call back and I was told that the delivery man was on his way. He actually arrived at 9:15 but had no currency while I said to pay in cash, so I paid by card. The pounder told me that they were currently understaffed... One of the 2 pizzas is the one ordered but there's a mistake in the second. I had one having after I recalled but unfortunately the waiting time is excessively long and cold pizzas.

On April 30, 2023 we decided to order Domino’s Pizza, and we had a PERIOD salad with a taste of cardboard!! The DLC has been outdated for 2 days!! I am disappointed with dominos it is part of a fast food category but it is not at all fast. Waiting for almost 2H before being delivered is unacceptable especially for the price. 60€ 3 pizzas to wait so long it is shameful... We called and their answers and "we lack staff"... No commercial gesture on their part despite it is 2h waiting with 3 call between 2h...
Ordering two pizzas, including a double kiff (minimum pizza, half another pizza), received a whole pizza (not mont/moit), I phone, highlights the error (mistakes, it can happen), new pizza arrived 50 minutes later, well half/month. but not the one desired... This is not the first time there are mistakes, stop now!! Zero pointed!
