"The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I placed an order for delivery and after waiting for an hour and a half, I called to inquire about the delay. I was informed that the order was still at the store waiting for a delivery driver, adding at least an additional 30 minutes to my wait. They apologized for the delay but I suggest avoiding delivery from this place unless you want to risk starving or having your food delivered the next day. This level of service is completely unacceptable."

I have never given a pizza restaurant such a positive review before, but today is an exception. Yesterday, my husband picked up an order from Domino's and we were both impressed. The orders were correct, the facility was clean, and the worker preparing our pizza was professional and kept his work area tidy. The pizza itself was surprisingly one of the best I have ever had, even at 58 years old! My husband's extra bake request was done perfectly. The ingredients tasted fresh, the crust was flaky yet crunchy, and the garlic knots were delicious. We are very happy with Domino's and I look forward to returning, despite the impact on my waistline. It has been a while since I have felt so impressed by a pizza restaurant and I am proud to have such a great Domino's nearby. This is a true testament to the positive changes in management, I'm sure.
