I placed an order through the automated system but never received a call back or my order. My account was charged but I didn't receive anything. I called and spoke with Tyshawn, who explained the situation and went out of his way to send me screenshots of my transaction. He then messaged me to let me know that he had refunded my order and sent screenshots of that as well. Tyshawn also apologized for the inconvenience and I appreciate the extra effort he made in providing me with all the necessary information.
