Domino’s Pizza Leeming

Placed an order through UberEats with them. Currently being enrolled at university I don't actually live on campus. The young guy at their store called me and verbally barated me over the phone. Understandably this is an UberEats problem with their driver not having access to my phone number. However, after both the delivery driver and person on the phone verbally trashed I think this store needs to lift its game. One action giving the delivery driver my number to call would have saved time. But I wasn't listened to when I said this. This is coming from a person who never reviews anything ever. Horrible customer service they should be ashamed.

"The food is just like what you see in the pictures, but I can't help but notice that the pizzas seem to get smaller with every visit. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5, the service 4 out of 5, but the atmosphere only 2 out of 5."

Honestly, this was the worst Domino's I've ever ordered from. I don't understand how they can mess up the order consistently. I've given them too many chances, so next time I'll be ordering from a different place.

Annoying team member, placed order online never arrived. When I called them for update, he answered there is no driver who can do delivery.

Employs electrician's to perform repairs in his shop.... but refuses to pay them. I wonder if he pays his staff correctly? Pay your bill's!

Work for a nearby university and have ordered 100’s of pizzas at a time. Very helpful, always on time and tasty!
