Domino's Pizza Sunshine West

My friend ordered and it has been almost an hour wait where it should only be 10-30 minutes long. So called the store and the guy who picked up the phone was so rude, he just told me to cancel. Then I asked nicely how bc idk how then he put me on hold for 5 minutes then hanged up on me so I called again, didn't answer 3 times then finally answered then put me on hold again without saying anything. I understand it might be busy but at least be nice when answering the call and/or stop accepting orders online. And now the order is completed through the app but the food is not here yet

I placed an order through the app, as I usually prefer to pay with cash, and this is my regular store. However, I received a call from someone named Vithhal on a personal phone asking for my credit card details to process payment over the phone. I refused to provide this information because I wasn't sure if it was a spam call or from someone untrustworthy. I wanted to make the payment, but the staff was rude and arrogant during the call. Because of this experience, I will no longer be placing my orders at Sunshine Store.

I ordered a garlic bread over. they did not even deliver me and driver mentioned delivered to uber app. when I called the load, the man replied that we are busy, therefore it will be late. and I was like, but why he mentioned delivered to app? no answer. he asks me to wait 2.3 min and guess what? even after 15 minutes I did not receive my order and they stopped to call. Pity, don't accept people that you can't do it.

I order a pizza and paid online. My pizza box was throw behind my gate and no one actually rang the door bell. On top of this, the tracking wasn't working. So, I wasn't sure when it was coming. Customer Service: Lacking. Food: Delicious! I absolutely love the peri-peri chicken and barbecue chicken pizzas; definitely give them a try. The cheesy garlic bread and churros are also favorites of mine! Parking can be quite challenging.

my order never arrived, got back from above. the Indian driver lied and said they left it in the house. they're not honest, no surprise. better order of an Italian restaurant. meal: dinner
