Domino's Pizza Surfers Paradise

I Ordered tonight and it took over an hour for the pizza to arrive. Two of three pizzas came up on the quality check as cooked ten minutes after the order. It then took them an hour to deliver the pizzas which only two out of the three made it as they forgot one of them. I called multiple times checking on the order and was left on hold to be transferred to the manager each time. (The food that arrived was also cold) Not happy. The delivery guy was a good bloke tho.

worst Dominos i’ve ever “tried” to eat at. ordered pizza to be delivered at 10pm, took $60 from my account. never got my pizza after a thousand phone calls to them they never called back. went in the next day and the manager was apologetic but couldn’t have cared any less. said they were short on staff. will never order there again.

5 stars open for so late, not enough places are. only suggestion is that they should take the chocolate puff from their menu, because every time I have ordered, one I have a pepperoni puff that I didn't want, or I said they didn't.

The advantage is it is open late. But service is slow. They struggle to handle peak hour volumes. So they try to rush through. My garlic bread was uncooked. They even struggled to take down my order.
