We were here again with several people for breakfast shortly before Christmas. It's very nicely decorated, but the tables are a bit close together, so it was okay since it wasn't that full. The food tastes very good and there is something for everyone. It would be nice if there were little pieces of paper with some dishes so that you know exactly what is in them. My bigger criticism, however, is that there are Nutella, honey, jams and margerine individually wrapped in plastic. Jams are also available in large preserving jars (also with labels). We like to eat at Don Carlos again and again. There are always delicious things to discover. At lunchtime, fast service, delicious, affordable dishes, also coffee and cake, of course great tapas, or delicious drinks and a very pleasant atmosphere to linger with friends or family. In summer you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather under cover. Until late autumn, this nice open air option is not only available for smokers. Overall, we highly recommend taking a break there every time you visit Westfield CentrO.
The five of us just wanted something to drink, around 4 p.m., and were therefore only seated at a high table by an unenthusiastic waitress. A friendly, older gentleman took the order, he also brought the drinks and collected them. He also served the guests outside; it wasn't particularly crowded outside or inside. The only bright spot when it comes to the staff. We found the other employees to be less motivated and somewhat arrogant. I liked my cappuccino, at least.
Dear kitchen, leave out the stupid balsamic vinegar in dishes with mushroom cream sauce and pieces of liver and a dish with fish in dill sauce because that really doesn't go well and the side dishes on the plate are also ok. but balsamic vinegar over the orange slice? Nice atmosphere, dishes were tasty, portions were good. Service quite nice. The selection of tapas is rather small. With the mixed tapas plate it was not possible to say beforehand what would be delivered. Oh well. But definitely a nice change from burgers and Asian. Gladly again.
Went there for breakfast with eight people on Christmas Eve. With prior table reservation. Friendly welcome. I thought the atmosphere was great. Breakfast buffet rich and tasty. You could also order coffee, tea and cocoa, which was part of it. Friendly staff Only recommended.
