Great cantina! While shopping nearby, we discovered Don Jose, which had excellent reviews for its Mexican cuisine. We went for dinner on a Friday night. Despite the crowded parking lot, we were seated immediately. A mariachi band was strolling through the restaurant, taking requests and performing, which added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere. The service was outstanding — everyone was very friendly, and our table was kept tidy with prompt food service. We ordered the enchiladas suiza and shrimp fajitas. We've been visiting the two Don Jose's locations in the area for around 24 years, and we always appreciate the food and the lively atmosphere. The staff is consistently friendly, although they often have their hands full due to the bustling crowds on most nights. I especially enjoy the chicken enchiladas and fajitas, while my wife always opts for the tostadas. We've never left dissatisfied with a meal there, which is rare for us.
Great service, good food. Slight heat to salsa -I enjoyed it, slightly hot for my partner but pairs nice for him with their fresh quac. (Theirs lacks jalapeños mixed in, how we both prefer. , Large portions, tacos were great (lettuce, chicken, onion peppers and shrimp wrapped in bacon w/ cheese were huge. Pilaf type rice, fluffy. Strong margaritas.
We, STS Contractors, come here with all our guys here. food is always delicious. The new sitting area is awesome. The food is authentic and spectacular. The owner Antonio is the nicest guy and make you feel like you are his friend. Highly recommended

Atmosphere is 10/10 here. Absolutely recommend their fajitas which came out smoking. Their salsa was fresh, as was their guacamole! Can’t wait to visit for dinner and try their house made margaritas. Service was polite and prompt, but not rushing.
The food was tasty and had great flavor, but it was served cold. I had ordered tacos specifically because I was craving crunchy shells, but the way the ingredients were prepared caused the shells to become soft and fall apart as I ate them.
Food looked great and guacamole was great. But the vegetarian burrito I had was the worst burrito ever. Inside was so bad and mostly was covered with too much tortilla. Never coming back here. Doesn't give authentic food taste
Great little family owned business. The food is fantastic and the service is top notch. We have the mocahete and it consistently delivers. They also stock numerous top shelf tequilas that don't disappoint

I'm visiting my daughter from Kansas City...they have been telling me about this place for months now...it did not disappoint...the fresh pineapple margarita was fabulous...great food too...
