I told him I wasn’t going to pay for an extra meal, so he reverted to charging me the original amount. I remained calm and composed—I was not rude, didn’t curse, or raise my voice—but I stood my ground. I waited for the correct meal to be brought out, and when another server delivered it, she took away one meal (which I thought was the incorrect one) and replaced it. I shrugged it off, thinking mistakes happen. However, it seemed that the host wasn’t suited for the hospitality industry, but that was out of my hands. Once I got home, I realized that the server hadn’t actually replaced a meal; she had simply taken one away. Moreover, the meal they provided still had onions in it, so it appear...
We got a take out order and apparently being rude is just a bonus at this place. We ordered a dish and asked for no onions. When the dish came out, they were alerted that there were onions. Their answer? You should have told me . When told then we did, his answer? Not my problem . They finally agreed to remake it only to get home and realize that: 1. The remade meal has onions. 2. One of the 4 meals is missing. So we 're not going back again. Decibel not to this location. Finally, as an FYI, chicken nuggets are frozen dinosaur nuggets.Edited to add we now suspect they took a meal out to teach us a lesson and not take the loss on a meal? Just confused at this point.
I've driven past this place every day without stopping, but I finally gave it a try. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and I was promptly greeted upon arrival. I placed a takeout order, which was ready right on time. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas, and they were honestly the best I've had in a long time. The flavors were outstanding, and the portion size was generous. They even included guacamole with my order, while other places tend to charge extra for it. I think I've found my new favorite Mexican restaurant!
Wow! I finished that taco salad in just about 2.4 minutes. I didn’t snap a photo before digging in, but it was absolutely beautiful and very well presented. And the taste? Incredible! The beans, guacamole, and crispy shell were simply delicious. I will definitely be ordering this repeatedly. On top of that, they included complimentary chips and salsa. The chicken quesadillas weren't up to par with the best I've tried. There was just one large slice of onion, and the cheese was not as warm as I would have preferred—it wasn't really melted at all. However, the classic margarita was enjoyable! On the positive side, the service was excellent. Overall, I would rate the food at 2 out of 5.
The Burrito Grande was massive, and the Chori Dip was a fantastic improvement compared to my last visit. My order was correct, served quickly, and everything was delicious. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to avoid putting too many items in a single bag, as that can lead to spills. I really love this place!
I placed an order for five people, and we all agree that this is by far the best Mexican food we've had in the Richmond area. The food was prepared quickly, fresh, and incredibly tasty. The sauces were all included and were fantastic, and the chips were just right. We'll definitely be ordering from here again!
