Ew, no! Can I do zero stars for tasteless dry food, dirty floors, and bad service. There is also a foul odor when you walk in. We came in on a friday night, and the place was empty. That should have been my first sign not to eat there. Anyway, I ordered two kids' meals, one chicken plate, and four tacos. The kids' meals were chicken burritos that were really dry. The kids' drinks were flat, and they would not change out their drinks unless I paid a one dollar refill charge for each drink. So I asked for a sample of their other fountain drinks, and they were all flat. The chicken plate had really dried rice and beans. The tortillas are stale and cold. The tacos lacked flavor, and I had to ask...

This restaurant is amazing. My husband and I come here often. The food is always fresh and delicious. Our favorites are the chicken street tacos, chicken salad, and horchata, but everything we've tried has been fantastic! They are bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. The staff is friendly, and they have a loyalty card for 50% off. The prices are reasonable and the service is quick. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

I visited this restaurant and was charged $8 for 1 large drink and 1 regular drink, which are priced at $1.99 and $2.49. When I brought this to their attention, they acted like I was mistaken. Additionally, they overcharged us for other items on our bill. We ended up paying almost $40 for 8 tacos and 2 drinks. The meat was also very dry. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Amazing food, I have been to a Pollo type of restaurant 6 to 8 times, in each of Washington DC and Los Angeles... This is by far the best food of them all. Family owned and operated, delicious home made sauces, kind service and spectacular flavors in their roasted onions and peppers, rice, beans and chicken... A Must Go to!

Since the sale of this place , I’d have to say that it has truly gone down hill. We purchased a whole chicken and once we got home we saw only two pieces. They where extremely rude and laughed at us for bringing this up. No apologies and zero empathy.Don’t go here

Service was very slow. The young lady working there was very nice, but almost seemed to young for working. The adults prepping food seemed very slow. The chicken was good but there was a terrible sewer smell in the restaurant that was a big put off.Food: 3/5

The chicken was old, hard, and flavorless. The pinto beans smelled burnt and the rice was bland. The overall customer service was poor and the quality of the food was terrible. If they do not improve, they will surely lose customers. Reserva una mesa ahora

The bathroom is falling apart, the sink is being held up by a cane, literally. Their chicken is delish, tamales were great, but the chicken was so spicy, I cried lol. The pork tamale was my fave.Food: 4/5
