Don Rafa Mexican Grill

La Familia Mexican restaurant is excellent. It 's a little awkward when you walk in the door, as if you just walked into the kitchen, with dual dining rooms, one to the left and one to the right. But that 's not a problem, because the friendly hostess with mostest will seat you so you don 't freak out. The restaurant is clean in the dining rooms and bathroom. The complimentary chips are thick and yummy, as is the red salsa that comes with em. Luis was my server and he was EXTREMELY polite, calling me 'sir ' every time we spoke with each other. They were not too busy, but service was fast nonetheless. I ordered a lunch special, Huevos Rancheros (ranch style eggs) cooked over medium. This dish...

CHECK YOUR BILL!! There 's two Mexican restaurants in this town and I highly suggest you go across the street to the other one. After being a patron here for some time, I caught the server overcharging for every item on my check! When the group I was with, and myself pointed it out, the cashier said: oh yeah, sometimes he does that . They 'll rip you off if they think they can. Very dishonest folks.

I grew up in Butler and always loved Don Rafa. I visited family in town recently and stopped back by with my husband and kids and it's still great. We were seated quickly right at lunch. The staff were all friendly and brought us drinks and anything we asked for quickly. The food was great and we received it quickly. Good prices on the food as well.

We stay in Butler occasionally for work trips and we absolutely must go here every time we're in town! The food is so good! I've never had a bad dish. Servers are friendly and always on their game. I recommend the Special #50 or anything on their special dinners menu. Reserva una mesa ahora

The best Mexican food ever! We never eat Mexican food anywhere else because it just cannot compare! The servers are always very friendly and helpful. I recommend their cheese dip, sizzling fajitas, chili relleno, special 50 and most anything else on the menu!!

Great place! Great staff and the best food ever! Great for birthdays because they put a sombrero on your head and sing happy birthday in Spanish and you get a free fried ice cream with a surprise whip cream to the face
