Don Ramon Cuban Cuisine Wlg

I expected a lot more from this restaurant. This was my first time going there. The waitress who took my order was on the phone she did not even acknowledge that I had walked into the restaurant for about 10 minutes. I ordered a steak sandwich and a cafe con Leche, it came out about 30 minutes later. My order my food was cold, the sandwich was haphazardly put together and the ingredients were all over the place. I gave it a two star is only because at least the café con Leche was OK.

Don Ramon is an excellent restaurant and an example of how Hispanic food should be served! This is now my second visit to Don Ramon and I have yet to find an entree or appetizer that I haven't liked (and I've tried multiple things from sharing with my wife and visiting family). The food is fresh, delicious, and reminds me of home cooked Spanish meals at home. The staff are very courteous and are always looking to take care of your needs. A+ and a must visit in my book.

My wife, our handicapped son and I were admitted to the restaurant without reservation. The service was excellent. The waiter always spoke to my son and verified his choice by establishing his menu and his choice. All our meals were ordered. The parts were big and we had all the home boxes. The pri it was very reasonable, especially during these times. We live near the restaurant and will definitely put Don Ramon Cuban on our favorite list.

Yesterday evening I can definitely say this is the first time I was disappointed when I order food. This was considered a dinner?. I know us in something of a food recession right now, but it looks like someone ate some of my food before he gives it to me. Obviously I'm opening it at home? But I was very disappointed with you.
