I had a very disappointing experience at Tortaco. The food was not good, and the woman grilling the food had a terrible attitude. My friends and I were even reprimanded just for asking for the key to the bathroom. Overall, everything was subpar and overpriced; two plates of carne asada cost $45. I definitely won't be returning. If you want to eat bad food, pay too much, and be scolded, then Tortaco is the place for you.
Ordered two carne asada fries online for pickup. I go to the store and the employee says they can’t find my order. He calls the owner and the owner refuses to let the employee make my order. Even though I had paid and have my confirmation email. I was punished for their mistake and no one gave af.It sucks this location is conveniently located for me, I just can’t go back and do business with people that have no ethics.
The staff was fantastic, but the food left much to be desired. It would have been helpful to know what ingredients were in our dishes before placing our order. My wife has a severe allergy to bell peppers, and she had to carefully search through her meal to remove every single piece of bell pepper or anything that contained it.
I love that this place is 24 hours. I got off work and headed to this restaurant. It was so clean and the workers were so kind. I forgot to tell them I wanted a soft Taco vs hard, but the Guava juice, homemade Mexican rice, beans and pickled carrots were so good!!!! Reserva una mesa ahora
The service was unfriendly. The rice tasted stale, and the cheese in my enchiladas was hard. The food didn’t seem fresh at all. I could smell the lettuce more than the enchiladas themselves.

"You have to visit this place! The fish and chips were incredibly crispy and delicious. The tartar sauce complemented them perfectly, and they also offer malt vinegar. It can get busy, but we stopped by for an afternoon snack and didn’t have to wait at all. It’s easily shareable for a light meal."

"Service was great, cleanliness was bad the floors were very greasy. The bathrooms where not clean. But the food was good. Open later than most other Korean BBQ and had sushi so that's a plus. The cost was a little pricey but, reasonable considering the amount of appetizers."
