Dona Lola Isla Cristina

We first reviewed the restaurant in 2017 and have been back on multiple occasions. It continues to be a firm favourite and a 5-star review. A special mention for the recent ‘special menu' evening to raise funds for NGO World Central Kitchen. It was a fantastic menu and very good to see every seat taken. Many thanks to the management, kitchen and front of house who worked really hard to make the event a great success.

Short holiday in Isla Cristina. A nice village but in the night you have to search for a restaurant.. the most are closing after lunch and don’t serve dinner, the reason we end up in Dona Lola. Really great service, lovely wines and great food. After one night we came back and again great service and good food. We shared our dishes, fish and meat.. don’t forget the desserts!!! Fresh and homemade.

I found this restaurant on Tripadvisor and it is amazing…still here having a digestive. I ordered Charcoal-Grilled Iberico steak and it melted like butter in my mouth…delicious and Raquel our waitress speaks English and was very helpful with im helping choose gluten-free and dairy free meal.,Excellent service from Raquel and the rest of the team. Thank you very much

Fabulous spot for a lazy leisurely lunch. 5* service, and food. We had a mouthwatering taste sensation, we stuck to the fish, razor clams, cod and octopus. Lovely house white wine and the desserts (swoon) if we ever come back this way we will definitely return. Obviously can highly recommend!

Innovation in the spanish cuisine, nice presentation of the plates... but little pricey for quite small portions...
