Donaghy's Real Fish

Today I asked the question of why accept an online food order for delivery if its gonna take the best part of 2 hours to deliver. I accept that it's in surreal circumstances #corona and probably one of the only chippys open in town but...you rang me back to confirm my address, surely asking could I collect my order would have made sense, I ordered online at 5.05pm at 5.11 pm I received an email to say the order was accepted, happy days, received a call to confirm my address at 5.13pm. From the shop worker. Then as an hour had past, at 6.11pm I rang to enquire where my food was and if they were busy (which obviously they were) I could call down and collect my food, they guy on the phone asked...

I have said it before that there is a beautiful wee-chippy alas a nite they have sent the order wrong the wrong burger 3 times phone complaining was heard by a very rude member of staff then shouting inbackgroud tel...them to f. off I ask to speak, he even appologize just gave me like an erstatt nxt time that we waited

Donaghy,s chip shop is a great wee traditional chippy serving all freshly cooked food. The fresh fish is really good cooked in a very light crisp batter. Chips great as well. Portions are good and prices very reasonable. Best chipper in the area. Also a...small sit in area.

Best fish have had for years Beautifully cooked and presented with a slice of lemon and tartare sauce included in a separate dish the portions of fish were very big-But we did not waste any of it Highly recommended Joan Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was lovely but if your a big eater like myself then the portion sizes arnt big enough lol. Plus quote expensive 16.50 for a fish supper fillet burger supper and two drinks. But it is lovely

Ordered 2 fish suppers and got 2 fish suppers. The food items themselves were very good and flavourful but the chip portion was definitely on the stingey side.

we get always, but the service and eating will always really wait badly 45 minutes bag in fat soaked it is a scandal because it was always really good

delivery time is shocking. wait well over an hour after the online order. collecting their order is a better option.
