Donatella's - Reservar una mesa

First I must say that the staff at Donatella's is a pleasure to deal with. From the hostess to the Maitre D' to the waiters, all were terrific. The food was great, and except for my swordfish (I disliked the sauce) everyone enjoyed their meal. The one huge negative is the noise, especially in the main room. It was so loud there that you literally cannot hear the folks at your table unless you yell. Bottom line, between the service and the food we will definitely be returning. With ear plugs.

The service was terrible. We waited 45 minutes until a manager finally came over and took our drink order. 5 minutes later the same waiter took our dinner order. It took another 20 minutes before we got our drink and our food came out shortly after. We went from waiting without a drink to having everything show up at essentially the same time. We also only received 1 menu for a table of 4. I don’t know what was going on

Excellent service, delicious food. We lıve to come as a family, with friends, special occasions, just to have a great meal. Lovely, friendly and very kind staff make us feel welcome and special everytime.

Being seated on time has been an issue every time we come.
