I order from Donatellos in person all the time and Im always satisfied, so when I ordered through door dash I wasnt pleased but I gave it another try because I Doordash often and I love Donatellos. I ordered what I wanted and I got exactly that... everything was perfect.. and I will continue to order from Donatellos
The fries that were advertised as "crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside" were actually cold, hard, and rubbery on the outside, with a dry interior. To make matters worse, the soda arrived warm. This was my first and last experience ordering from Donnatello's—never again!
I ordered a Stromboli but didn't have the option to customize it. It came with mushrooms, which I dislike, and I wouldn’t have added green peppers either. Additionally, I would have preferred my wings to be fried a bit harder, as they were rubbery and undercooked.
The shrimp breading was crispy, the fries were tasty, and they were attentive to our preferences. The onion rings were excellent. Overall, it's a great place with reasonable prices. Reserva una mesa ahora
