I ordered for late night delivery and was a little confused when the driver arrived 30 minutes after the notification I got that they had left go delivery because it’s not even 10 minutes from my house. Needless to say it was because when they were driving the first time he had to slam on his breaks compromising the quality of the pizzas. Instead of delivering them the driver returned to the store to have them remade and delivered 4 pizzas instead of 2 (the compromised and the new ones). I was appreciative of the quality and customer satisfaction he wanted to uphold.
This charming little spot is conveniently located right across from the library and just a few blocks from downtown Troy. The food was excellent, and the service was prompt and friendly. The place could have been a bit tidier, but it was still quite acceptable. I will definitely come back to visit again in the future.
Both of the Create Your Own Pizzas (Medium) were fantastic, the Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread (Full) was outstanding, and the Meatball Shareable (Full) completely exceeded our expectations. We were truly impressed with the quality.
Donatos is one of my top favorites, but I've probably lost over $50 in sauces that I ordered and never received. However, the pizza is fantastic!

The delivery was prompt, the breadsticks were decent, but unfortunately, my pizza arrived cold!
They now offer plant-based sausage and pepperoni, and they are absolutely delicious!
Great food. And had the pizza coming right out of the oven when I got there.
