This place has been mismanaged for YEARS. About every 1-2 years I forget how bad this place is ran and come get in the drive through to pick up my order. I arrive 5-10 minutes early. I sit in line for 30-45 minutes to get my order. By that time, my food has been sitting under the warmer and is no longer fresh. Looking at other posts, I am sure the owner will reply to this saying they will try to make it right. I was put on hold three times by the staff, including the general manager, and it was the worst service I've ever experienced. There was no call or update on my order as promised. I checked on my order repeatedly and called the company several times for updates. After an hour of waiting and being told it would be delivered in 30 minutes, nobody seemed capable of answering my questions about the delivery. I placed my order 25 minutes later, but I finally received the food an hour after that, and it was ice cold. I'm incredibly frustrated and will likely never return to this location. Their service is unacceptable.
This restaurant is lacking in management and could greatly benefit from an appearance on an episode of Undercover Boss. The service for takeout lunch received a disappointing score of 1 out of 5, and the atmosphere wasn't much better, also scoring a 1 out of 5. The average cost for a meal per person falls between $20 and $30, and while the food quality was somewhat acceptable, it still only garnered a score of 3 out of 5.
I ordered the pizza because I was excited about the garlic butter, but sadly, it didn’t come with any. I ordered four pizzas, and none of them had the garlic butter. Additionally, my sandwich was poorly packaged and hardly fit in the container. I should have realized I shouldn't order from this place. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1.

I placed an online order for pickup and the app indicated it would be ready by 5:12. However, I didn't receive my order until 5:30. On top of the long wait, they put all the toppings on my plain sub. This is why I rarely dine here.
The food is great, but the drive-thru line is extremely slow. Honestly, it feels like it would take an eternity to get my pizza. They could definitely use some extra help in the kitchen.
