This site isn’t just short staffed, this site is staffed incorrectly.Just ordered two pizzas: one cheese, one extra pepperoni. Simple enough. Ordered it to be delivered. Since it as sent doordash, the driver didn’t know what she was delivering. When it arrived to my house, the cheese was correct, but I was sent a hot honey pepperoni. Needless to say, we aren’t a spicy family.I called and explained it, they made me a new pizza, I brought the incorrect one back to show them what it was. They said it was a Hot Honey Pepperoni, which I wanted to know why it was done incorrectly. Ive always loved there pizza!! Its always good! Never have i had a bad pizza. Other pizza places i get there pizza and its always a gamble sometimes its good sometimes its horrible. But with Donatos its always perfect Pizza! Its the same every time! I don’t have to worry about it being overly cooked undercooked not enough cheese too much sauce.. Its always good quality pizza!!! Definitely a 5 Star Pizza Place!!Vegetarian options: You can order whatever you would like on your pizza or hoagie! Perfect for vegetarians!!Parking: Plenty of spots!!Kid-friendliness: Kid FriendlyWheelchair accessibility: No stairs. Easy access for wheelchairs. Both doors open if needed

I had an issue over the weekend with my order. I called Monday and spoke with Jessica and she's amazing. She apologized for any issue and replaced my order. When the order came it was correct and hot! Thank you so much Jessica for taking care of me. I will order again only becauseof Jessica's amazingcustomerservice!!!
