I had a terrible experience with this location. All I was trying to do was order a pizza. I got some coupons mailed to me and I was trying to usethem. The person on the phone so rude and inexperience. They tried to make me seem like I was the problem. I told them several times that I was using a coupon and they never applied it. Then they sent some door dash driver to my house with the wrong order and he was demanding that I pay for it. I didn’t of course. I recommend avoiding this location. They got issues.

It's donatos.The folks here are usually slammed, we always order pizza Friday like virtually everyone in Gahanna.It's predictable and they're rare they mess something up or are super late. The folks working there are trying their best and packed like sardines in the kitchen. Not a lot of room for improvement without opening more locations moving to a bigger location.

Got pizza and cinnamon brick street bread… or should I say burnt street bread. Why would anyone think giving this to a customer is okay??? Sadly didn’t know until we got home and going back wasn’t an option. The previous time we went to this Donatos location we ended up with the wrong order and we DID have to go back. What a mess!

I love Donatos . On my last delivery I gave specific cooking instructions, and my food came differently. I called to notify and was informed that they now have a call center set up on Donatos phone number that sends your call directly to door dash. Their exact words were “ So we do not have to answer the phone.” Reserva una mesa ahora

Got Asiago bread and salads for my husband and I. Salad were great. Bread is always overcooked almost burnt on the bottom. At least we got our extra marinara. Also Doordash takes your order if you call. They are rude and have to repeat everything a ton of times.

I’ve hoped several times things are going to change around here ; In my weirdest dreams .the pizza always burnt , dry and tastes disgusting. I think it’s old stuff or something because I don’t get it.

Employee couldn't unlock register after repeated attempts. Then asked for phone number and name which only delayed ordering as we were planning to eat in. Service has declined. Last time for us.
