This was our third visit to Donetto. The first was fantastic. The second was dodgy, but we gave it one more try. It was awful. The wait staff was friendly but couldn’t make up for the terrible food. The grilled octopus tasted of charcoal. The short rib ravioli was awash in a questionable broth that looked and tasted like dirty dish water. And the agnolotti smelled like feet. Never again.
Food was average. Service was poor. Waitress only spoke to us 1 more time after taking our order. Someone else took our dessert order which apparently they never put in. After finishing our food we sat at the table for 45 mins before finally flagging down a manager asking about dessert and our check. Maybe our waitress is new or had a bad day, either way a disappointing experience.
This is my second time at Donetto. I love the casual but elegant atmosphere. We chose the Valentine's day surprise chef menu. It did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious, the bolognese pasta amazing, the steak cook to perfection and the chocolate cake was so decadent. We were full! Truly happy we chose Donetto for our V day dinner. Oh, and service is always great!
The bar is a great place to wait for friends to arrive. We enjoyed drinks and a half-price pizza during happy hour and then moved to a table for dinner. The hostess, bartenders and wait staff were friendly and helpful. Reserva una mesa ahora
donetto is always a wonderful experience! the staff is very attentive and offers excellent service, eating is always fantastic, and the atmosphere is great. her Sunday dinner is much and worth every penny!
I had a great time at the birthday dinner. The atmosphere was very appealing and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the staff was excellent. I would definitely return!
We had a fantastic meal to celebrate my fiancée's birthday. The appetizers, entrée, and dessert were all amazing! There wasn't a single dish on the menu that I didn't love!
