This diner is a must visit for those who are interested in a relaxing place to, where not only is the food good but is plentiful. During every visit, the service has been pleasant and at times even playful, creating a friendlier atmosphere. Their breakfast, lunches, and dinner options have all been superior to my areas coney islands, and I do not feel as if I am being overcharged with the amount of food I receive. They literally have the biggest omelets I have ever seen, both well cooked and stuffed to the brim will toppings. It truly gives that old school, movie diner experience. -Thank you
The food was excellent and was served to our table quickly. I had the sirloin steak topped with mushrooms, onions, and gravy, accompanied by a side of corn, a garden salad, and a baked potato. However, what stood out the most to me was the attentiveness and warmth of the staff. It reminded me of those charming, homey diners where phrases like "Kiss my grits" are used affectionately, and the staff actually knows their regular customers by name. If you're looking for a place where you're treated like family, I highly recommend trying Donna's Family Dining restaurant.
This is a fantastic family restaurant! We visited with a group of eight, which included three teenagers and a two-year-old. The waitstaff provided outstanding service and were incredibly helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough—especially after the two-year-old blew them kisses when we left! The food was also top-notch. Some of us had breakfast while others opted for lunch, and everyone enjoyed their meals. In fact, a few of us even needed to take home leftovers!
We sat next to some older gentlemen who were really loud, so my wife and I had a hard time hearing each other, but that's not on Donna's . The food was okay. The eggs were ordered over easy but came over medium too hard, we waved at the waitress twice, but she didn't see us. It was not that big a deal. I had Chicken dinner with superb soup, baked potato 2 sides. 2nd person had Cheese qusedias , 3rd person had corned beef Delight sandwich with fries. service was great. Environment was a bit loud until a few tables left. Prices were reasonable. All of had enough leftovers to make another meal
