Since my last post (on bottom) Ben and Alex have gone above and beyond to make things right. They have apologized and more than Reimbursed me for my coffee. I may have to wait for blue berry coffee to come back, but I'm ready for highlandergrog. Thank you guys again.Went through the drive through this morning, ordered a HOT coffee, went to grab it from the drive through worker and the lid was not on all the way, and it spilled all over me and my car. The worker stood there and stared. I had to ask for napkins, my coffee wasn't replaced..she just asked what color lid was on my cup and gave me a different lid. My hand was very burnt along with my leg, not to mention over half of my coffee was...
The food here is delicious, but there is a problem with how they handle items at this restaurant. This morning, my donuts were touching each other and the cinnamon made them unappetizing to me. Unlike other donut places I have been to, they do not separate the donuts with papers. It would be helpful if they had gloves or paper between the donuts to prevent this issue. Just a heads up for others to be cautious and let the staff know if you have any specific preferences.
I visited the drive-thru at Donut Bank on 12/9 for transaction #1869138 and ordered half a dozen donuts and two milks. The staff was polite and welcoming, but unfortunately, the donuts were very disappointing. Each one was stale and not enjoyable. Everyone in my group took a bite or two and ended up throwing them away. I have always had great experiences at Donut Bank in the past, but today was a letdown.
I visited the Donut Bank for the first time and had an amazing experience. The turtle latte was delicious, the donuts were fresh and tasty, and the service was excellent. The woman working behind the counter was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with making my selections.

There is a wide selection and reasonable prices at this restaurant. The apple spice dish did not meet our expectations, but the glazed donut holes were delicious. The brown sugar cinnamon latte was excellent.
The woman (with an accent) who served me was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. She made my day!
The lady (had accent) that waited on me was so friendly, smiled and was so helpful.Made my day!!
The latte was lukewarm and they did not provide a takeout container for our leftovers.
