Very very VERY disappointed with this hotel. I’ve never experienced worst service and more disrespect. It all started when we first got here at check in. We arrived to the hotel to find out our room “doesn’t work” and that we will be moved to another hotel down the street. No explanation of why it “didn’t work” they just said that it didn’t work. We get moved to the other hotel just for the first night with no source of a refund only one free drink and free breakfasts. BS. Mind you we never got told any time we would need to be back at Dorado to get our room for the second night. Fui durante el día para disfrutar de la piscina. Compré un pase de día por 80 euros, de los cuales 50 euros eran para consumo, y tuve acceso a todo. ¡El lugar y la piscina son preciosos! Fui sola para tener un momento de chicas y para mí misma, y hasta hice un reel, nadie me juzgó. Si quieres ver cómo es la zona de la piscina, busca mi_diaaana. Tienen flotadores muy bonitos que puedes usar. ¿La comida? Increíble, especialmente el tartar de atún. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho! No sé cómo son las habitaciones.
Deberían tener 5 estrellas por la manera en que logran engañarte. Con sus fotos, su descripción, su narrativa... y sus precios de 5 estrellas sin ser un lugar de esa categoría. No te dejes engañar. Grifos rotos, caja fuerte en el suelo (evidentemente piensan que tu perro la necesitará) y las solicitudes sobre la habitación se cumplen totalmente al revés (para ellos, una habitación con bonita vista al mar significa una habitación en la planta baja, en una esquina rodeada de árboles).
Very clean spacious suite, great themed decor, the MOST COMFY bed pillows EVER. Well stocked minibar, great kitchen facilities. Reception and domestic staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely fresh breakfast by the pool. Fab location on the beach, gorgeous comfy double sunbeds, would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is in a great location for the beach and all of the nearby clubs and amenities. Unfortunately it's also very noisy and you can hear other guests return during the night which makes sleeping difficult. They really need to improve the soundproofing when you consider the amount you pay each night.
What a spectacular stay at a spectacular property. Perfect location to all the Top Nightclubs and Restaurants/Bars. Awesome Oceanfront views. Staff is incredible starting with the Top, Ivan Reisco Manager. I will stay there everytime I'm in Ibiza. Prices were also awesome. Thanks Dorado
Qué maravillosa suite con vistas al mar, la Suite Julio Iglesias. Bien equipada, con balcón y una hermosa vista al mar y a la piscina. Personal amable y encantador, en conjunto una estancia estupenda. Quizás el próximo año volvamos.
Posto fantastico, per la posizione in riva al mare e per il tema musicale di ogni stanza. Personale simpatico e professionale, soprattutto il receptionist VLADI

Me sentí engañado por el personal, no volveré nunca más. Cuidado con el minibar, que te apuntan cosas que no tomas.
