Doraku Sushi Brickell

If I could give this place no stars I would. I visited this restaurant at 10:30 pm and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. We waited an unacceptable 55 minutes for our food, which consisted of raw sushi appetizers. These dishes should never have taken so long to prepare. Throughout this time, our server did not check on our table at all, and I had to flag him down just to ask about the delay. My water was only refilled once during the entire hour and a half we were there. When I finally voiced my frustration, the server gave me attitude instead of addressing the issue. This place shocked me due to the quality of the food. I was not expecting such high quality sushi for an all you can eat place but I was surprisingly shocked. The service could have been better when I went but overall I had a great time. The price is very fair considering the area, definitely recommend.

One of my favorite all you can eat sushi places in Miami. But I'm not a huge fan of their new menu thing that you have to pay extra for certain items. And for the weekend dinner, it gets too busy so I have to wait 20 min for one dish. But it's ok, I just go for lunch now.

Terrible experience. The orders took so long. They only accept a maximum of 2 cards per table to pay even though we were 8 people. The menu says 4 pieces but comes with 2 or 3 pieces. Very confusing and disorganized. They there was only one cook preparing sushi. Reserva una mesa ahora

There is only 2 tables occupied the food was cold have to send everything back, flavor was to salty,or no flavor at all. Very disappointing would never come back, live in Miami this is the first time I write a review about a Restaurant!

ANDRES was beyond amazing and extremely attentive. Food was awesome. 10/10 recommend the golden Philadelphia roll. We’ll be back.
