Dorothy Ann Bakery And Cafe catered the desserts for our wedding and did an outstanding job! We had the opportunity to do a tasting and choose from their menu with the help of a knowledgeable staff member. They were incredibly helpful in providing a quote, offering suggestions, and answering all our questions. We also rented their dessert stands, which were beautiful, and they handled delivery and setup, making the entire process very convenient. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious and fun the variety of smaller desserts were. No complaints at all, and we would definitely recommend Dorothy Ann Bakery And Cafe. Thank you!
This bakery is great, they even celebrate holidays like Mardi Gras. It's the top spot in the Twin Cities for King Cakes, although not quite as good as those in New Orleans. They have a wide variety of fillings to choose from. In addition to King Cakes, they also offer Paczki (Polish filled donuts) on Fridays and Saturdays. Their cupcake selection is top-notch, and they have some gluten-free options as well. Overall, this bakery is much better than your average grocery store. They also offer online ordering for convenience.
This is a Woodbury staple!! They have everything from donuts to cupcakes and even have decorating classes for anyone! They are super friendly and make the perfect pastries for your party, we've ordered from here many times. Not sure if they still do it post Covid but they have brunch on weekend mornings, very good! Parking is just big enough not to have to look for a spot but can get busy around the holidays. 10/10
The team at Dorothy Ann Bakery is outstanding. We found ourselves in a difficult situation and needed a cake for our son's First Communion on the same day. Steve and his team came through for us, and within just 15 minutes, they had decorated the cake so beautifully that I was truly amazed. Thank you, Dorothy Ann team, for saving the day! The exceptional service and quality make this the only bakery worth visiting!

I haven't tried the donuts at Dorothy Ann Bakery And Cafe yet, but I felt compelled to leave a review because of the exceptional customer service from Donna. She spoke so passionately about the business that I had to ask if she was the owner, but she isn’t. I hope the owner truly appreciates her! As my girlfriend said, that’s the kind of Minnesota nice we love. I can't wait to explore the full menu next time.
We had Dorothy Ann's cater donuts for our wedding, and they offered a fantastic selection of miniature-sized donuts—not just mini donuts, but smaller versions of their classic raised, glazed, and cake donuts. My husband and I loved them, and our friends and family couldn't stop praising the adorable and delicious treats. Highly recommended!
The best bakery in Woodbury! We have so many memories of fabulous cakes, decorating classes and so much more! Treats from Dorothy Ann's complete any occasion from very small to very large! Located behind Super Target, this restaurant in Woodbury is a hidden gem. The pastries are delicious and the atmosphere is comfortable. I need to make a point to visit more frequently. Despite being in the area often, I sometimes forget about this spot. I am grateful that it's in Woodbury and I hope it remains open for a long time.

I had Dorothy Ann's do a cake for my daughter's baby shower. I took in one of the invitations and they did an amazing job! Everyone loved the cake design and it was delicious! Thank you to the bakers and decorators!
