The table I was seated at was in a corner, where I could only see the kitchen staff at work. After some time, I decided to switch my order to takeout and approached the reception. I stood to the side, and the server told me to come back in ten minutes because my order would take a while. This surprised me, so instead, I decided to grab a coffee from the café next door rather than wait outside. A word of advice to the owners: most people go out to eat on weekends not just to satisfy their hunger, but to enjoy the atmosphere as well. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the restaurant. The food was so spicy that it burned my tongue, requiring a trip to the doctor to resolve the problem. I informed the manager of Dosa Hut, who promised to call me back, but I never received a follow-up. Despite being a loyal customer, I found the service to be exceptionally poor, and I will not be ordering from this place again. I won't be recommending Dosa Hut to my friends either. I expected at least decent customer service; at other restaurants, they typically take care of their customers much better. All the food was thrown away, and the manager didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. Overall, super disappointing.

Walked into the restaurant on Friday 30 June and ordered Masala dosa. The dosa I got was the worst one I had. The tomato chutney was synthetic and not made from tomatoes. It was like ready made sauces from a cheap supplier. Coconut chutney was the worst ad well there was no taste of Coconut and I don't know why they serve people with such a bad quality. It was not more than $2.00 whatever they served and on top of bad quality they charge you a good amount for the masala dosa. Disgusting experience. Their staff was arguing with each other, seems like they dont get paid and were making bad faces. Not a good place to have food.

Visited this restaurant with friends and had a wonderful experience. Must mention the customer service received from ANU who put a smile on our faces with little jokes. He gave us a good recommendation on what to order and about the quantity too. A great applaud for his attitude and customer service skills. A great applaud for Dosa hut for managing their employees by keeping them happy at work and outside. Obviously the FOOD here was so perfect as well. Highly recommended. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great ambiance, and the food was phenomenal especially the curries. It was a very warmly welcoming place and the staff was so nice and polite. ANU who provided us our services was really nice as I had kids along it wasn't difficult to manage them here as she was so polite to them and they were enjoying his presence. She even made them laugh. Overall it was a good experience and would definitely recommend coming here .

We tried this restaurant for the first time and were quite disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. The biriyani was subpar and lacked flavor, while the chicken was very dry and didn’t taste fresh. The dahi bada was also dry and not soft at all. The only highlight of our meal was the dosa, which we enjoyed and felt was authentic.

We have been avoiding Dosahut because of the repeated bad experiences in taste and service at Clayton branch.....A recent positive review from an online community made us try it once again in Tarneit.Service was average,they forgot to even give us plates but we liked what we ate.....Tends to get crowded after 7.30 even on a weekday..

Reema has been very good at customer service. She double checked if we got everything we wanted while she was attending to other customers and asked other person to help us and came back to know if we were helped. The food has been constantly delicious and the service is always good, since the new management is here the place seems much better and more managed. The staff needs to be a little more nice to the customers… otherwise everything is beautiful here.

Even though I'm new to town I can surely say can't get this taste of chicken 65 biryani anywhere...I should thank my friend for suggesting me Dosahut. Very friendly staff :
