The decor is a bit run-down, but there are plans for renovations in 2023, which might lead to higher prices. Many Vietnamese patrons order items that aren't on the menu, making it one of those unique places. In this neighborhood, the staff is typically younger Asian Americans who speak fluent English; don’t hesitate to ask them anything. It's refreshingly free of hipster vibe—definitely an old-school dining experience.
The food is solid and reasonably priced, but the restaurant itself is in noticeable disrepair, and the service is quite slow. If it were just one of these issues, I wouldn't mind too much for a counter service spot, but waiting in a rundown place is not enjoyable. However, the chicken bahn mi is definitely good!
First of all. They have the best iced coffee EVER!! So one day I decided to try and breakfast sandwich, which was good, the next I tried the lunch . Spicy teriyaki chicken and white rice! Omg. My new fav place. And the guy whose always are the register weekdays . Super awesome , friendly! I love this place
This charming spot serves great breakfast and delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I highly recommend trying their Vietnamese iced coffee, French toast, pancakes, and Banh mi sandwiches. It’s a good idea to visit early in the morning or consider placing an online order.

Customer service needs to be improved because they don’t answer the phone. I watched the guy behind the desk sit down as someone was calling in on the work phone and just listened to it ring.
Place was clean, gentleman taking my order was very polite. Food came out quick and exactly as ordered. Very reasonably priced. Would buy again for sure, best bacon cheeseburger ???
