Nice location, nice place, looked like family owned, host was welcoming. Really nice outdoor seating in comparison to indoor seating, interior of the restaurant was awful, given the location they could amp up the interior into something very catchy,being an interior designer couldn?t help but comment on the interior. I ordered a few rolls, while my boyfriend opted for boneless spare ribs. Unfortunately, his ribs arrived about ten minutes before my rolls, which was a bit disappointing since we would have preferred to eat together right away; they probably should have served our meals at the same time. Thankfully, my rolls arrived shortly after, so we were able to enjoy most of our meal together. I absolutely loved my rolls—they were delicious! On the downside, my boyfriend found his boneless spare ribs to be rather bland and lacking in sauce when I tried a piece. I usually only write reviews for places that impress me, and this one truly stands out! My wife and I went for a little date night, and we absolutely loved it. My wife is particularly discerning when it comes to sushi, and she had no complaints whatsoever (and trust me, she is very particular about sushi). The owner was great and really took care of us. The view outside and the overall ambiance were also lovely. The only minor drawback was that the service was a tad slow, but it seemed like they might have been a bit understaffed that evening. Despite that, the staff was very friendly, and everything else more than compensated for it, so I’m giving it a solid 5 stars!

We visited the restaurant on Sunday evening. I've had great experiences here before, but this time I was a bit disappointed. We ordered soup, an appetizer, and our main meals. Our server, who was a teenage girl, was nice, but she placed everything on the table at once. It would have been nice to have our soup served before the other two courses. Additionally, I requested white rice with my meal and was charged an extra $2.00. This is truly the best Asian/Sushi restaurant around! We are regular visitors and always have a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax. The Asian dishes are top-notch, and the sushi is exceptional—it's truly a hidden gem! During the summer, the deck offers a beautiful setting to enjoy a delightful outdoor meal with views of the lake. It's simply superb! I absolutely love it here. Jeff, the owner, is fantastic—always smiling and working hard.

The entrees are excellent, but the sushi leaves a lot to be desired. I've tried it several times, and it's consistently disappointing—too much rice and not enough protein. I would recommend choosing other sushi spots in the area instead. Additionally, our waitress at lunch was quite inattentive, to the point that I felt it necessary to speak with a manager. Moving forward, I think I'll stick to ordering takeout for the entrees, which is unfortunate because the view by the reservoir is really lovely.

Beautiful view of the water . quality food and kind servers. I went for lunch but i will be back for dinner soon! please consider getting different tea pots. The ones used for green tea have to press against the individual’s cup to pour the tea which is not so sanitary since it will be touching where someone drank . Also it’s plastic and did not keep the tea warm , although the servers were very kind to get us refill. ultimately it was clean there and I will return for dinner

I absolutely love Double Ai every time I visit. The sushi is incredibly fresh, and the Chinese dishes have an authentic taste. It can be challenging to execute an eclectic Asian fusion menu without compromising the flavors and quality, but they manage to do it exceptionally well—all while offering a stunning view of the lake! Super Highly recommended. We were a big party and they got all our orders correct!!! Very accomodating friendly, smilong staff, and the food were all fresh an delish!!! Great lower patio by the lake where we got to chill a lil before leaving. Looking fwdto returning! Thank you!!!

Went there starving with my friends, and after pretty fast service we cleaned out our plates. cripy beef crispy chicken and rice with a bunch of spicy rolls. the owners a cool and polite guy. cant wait for weather to get better to eat outside on the water
