terrible! we ordered dinner at 18:30 clock over eaten. she called to confirm the order as soon as the order was 30 minutes too late. they confirmed that the order was cooked and thrown off in the next 15 minutes. then I had to call again three times in the next 1.5 hours and had the same answer by delaying the uber delivery ruber, then that was not ready to eat, then they waited for the driver again. but every call confirming the delivery 15 minutes. then cancel the order online. his now 3 hours, we starve and they are beyond useless! will never again order from here. there are many other generic Chinese takeouts in sydney that are also cheaper. dont do...read more
Classic old school Australian Chinese restaurant where everything tastes great. Was probably last renovated in the late 1970s approx. Open reasonably late and the same happy smiley lady has been serving me here every time for 12 years now. Service can slow down a bit when the restaurant is half full or so and if they don't recognise you when placing a pickup order by phone they won't start cooking until you arrive and pay. From my experience, once you place phone orders for a couple of years or so they will recognise you and then your order will be ready when you arrive. Be patient, it's worth it.
This has become kind of a regular hangout place for lunch, for me and my colleagues. The place is large, has a pleasing Chinese ambiance, and the staff members are friendly. <br/ <br/ The options for vegetarians is limited. I have tried their spring rolls (which were really good), and rice with veggies (which was average). My colleagues (both Chinese) seem to really like the food here. For me, it's kind of a mixed bag. Love that we have this Chinese restaurant so close to us. We order frequently and only order through the restaurant itself instead of relying on food delivery services. Food is delicious, hot and delivered quickly. Highly recommend if you love good tasty chinese food. They have not been there for umpteen years for nothing! Give the order to the restaurant directly and you won't be disappointed.

only once from these youngs through eat and never again will order. I thought $20 for a suppe would be a big one. I was wrong. do not think that their high prices would mean either a higher quality of the product or larger portions. many other great Chinese places offer the same for less than half the price and much better quality.
First , it brought back memories of Bass Hill, Bankstown days . Traditional to the 60's 70's , now its failed and wanting it back. Definitely a staff shortage and loosing a key figure in the kitchen.All will be forgiven if you pace yourself and tell the truth that you cannot serve at the time, I will understand .
Great food and great service. The food is excellent and eat in or takeaway or home delivery all good. The service is friendly and courteous. The decor is like you would expect from a traditional suburban Chinese restaurant and clean and well presented. This is a popular and busy restaurant loved by locals.

Love getting takeaway from here. The Chinese is always good and the staff are always lovely. The sweet and sour pork and the lemon chicken are delicious.
