Double Decker Pizza

I recently ordered a Stromboli and 10 Buffalo wings at this restaurant. While the food is usually decent, I encountered a problem with the service this time. They forgot to include the Stromboli and the honey BBQ sauce for the wings. When I called to inform them about the mistake, there was no apology or attempt to make things right. They simply said they would send the missing items over (after I had already been waiting an hour) in a very impersonal tone. Mistakes happen, but this experience was disappointing and not a good reflection of their business.

I have gone to double decker since I was a child and everything I can say is eating and the service has so far fallen. eating is greasy slop and the customer service has gone to zero. from teenagers who answer the phone arrogant and impatiently, to the “managers” who curse with them when their pizza takes two hours to get to them. yes, the manager has dropped more than one f bomb at a paying customer. what once was a proud Ridley landmark has become a pathetic spot in this neighbourhood. go to pizza hat, at least they won't be cursed to pay customers.

I recently ordered dinner delivery from this restaurant and was very impressed. The price per person was between $20 and $30. The food was fantastic, receiving a perfect 5 rating from me. The service was also excellent, earning another 5 stars. The atmosphere was pleasant, but not quite perfect, so I would give it a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Gyro, Double Decker Pizza, Wings, Buffalo Chicken, and Inside Out Pizza. Overall, a great dining experience that I would definitely order from again.

The quality of the inside outs at this restaurant has significantly declined in recent years. This was confirmed once again yesterday when I found that there was very little filling and almost no sauce. I used to order inside outs on a weekly basis for over 20 years, but now I only do so once or twice a year. Unfortunately, the food here is good. The service is terrible. I’ve placed 6 orders with this place and 4 of them have been wrong. We’ve gotten someone else’s order, we get the wrong items, we’ll get something similar to what we ordered but not the right order. It’s ridiculous. It’s a shame the food here isn’t trash, otherwise we would just stop ordering it all together. Service: Delivery

had a really nice cake before to comic-con, really enjoyed to munch on the cheese and teig. seriously a 10/10 pizza, is looking forward to trying the inner soon. out to save the world from the next!
