"I was visiting this town with a friend, and we decided to stop here for dinner before we went to the haunted Correctional Facility. All I can say is WOW! Everything we tried was incredible! I love how they serve soft drinks in a large mason jar. The pulled pork nachos were fabulous, I do wish the chips were more crunchy. The ribs were phenomenal, along with perfectly fried French fries and baked mac and cheese. The corn bread was perfect as well."

Let me tell you, the absolute dumpster fire that is the meal we had at this restaurant. We ordered a cheese steak and a wrap with prime rib. Simple, no? Two sandwiches and one cocktail: $60 The side salad (greens and shredded carrots) and the water were legitimately the most edible part of the meal. First, the cheese steak: Old. Dry. Flavorless. With a side of Mac and Cheese that was: Dry, cold, flavorless, lacking cheese broken to bits and obviously had been sitting in a warming tray for far too long. I have always loved going to Double S Stakehouse in Warwick. It was a go to for us. I gave them a 5 star rating before, but had to remove it. But this last visit was unbelievable! It took almost an hour and a half, in total for seating then being served the food. When we got the steak half of it was like a hockey puck the other half was completely raw. We ordered a medium. The waitress was sweet kind she should be commended for her efforts. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence. At first they said only 10% off, the waitress was able to remove the steak from the bill completely after she brought it back to them. This is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1. I came here with my mom a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved it! We placed a Phone order for pick up and they were able to complete it in a very short amount of time and we’re very accommodating since they were closing very soon. The atmosphere is amazing, fun, and friendly. The food was so fresh and incredibly high-quality. I wish I could come here every week! The only negative aspect of my experience taking out was that they gave us the wrong size… We ordered mac cheese however, we did not receive it, but instead received coleslaw. Low quality food and horrific customer service. I would NEVER ever recommend anyone to go here. I rarely leave negative reviews but this is an exception and must be shared. The food did taste smoked but was lightly seasoned. No depth of flavor. The chicken wings had chicken feathers. Cooked chicken feathers still attached to the cooked chicken wing. The sliders had mold on the bun. We were told it came from the grill . So the grill has mold? No it came from flour
