I was at the hotel for business. checkin was efficient and the staff was friendly. The cookies are to die for! so good! The hotel room was clean and quiet. The internet (wifi) was fast! rooms had water available... if you open it they charge your room. that was nice because I don't like drinking tap water. I didn't get to enjoy the food/restaurant but they have a little area with a bunch of snacks and essentials for purchase. I loved the fact that the hotel was so close to SF (particularly the chase center)... I also was able to get out and go to the local mall, Tanforan I think. that had a variety of stores/food there. overall great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Here are so...
I found the hotel to be good, with a comfortable and clean room. I chose this hotel because they advertised a shuttle service to and from the airport. However, my flight was delayed, and when I called for the shuttle after arriving late, I was informed that it was not available. The following day, when I checked out around noon, the front desk mentioned that there was limited shuttle service due to COVID-related restrictions and that the shuttle was still not operating. As a result, I ended up spending an extra $60 on transportation that was supposed to be included with my stay. I advise potential guests to be aware of this situation when considering this location.
Terrible service stay away from this hotel!I arrived 1 hour later than agreed due to a delayed flight and was told that I was tagged in the system as ‘no show’ and that this could not be amended. The hotel tried to charge me double price to book again without telling me what they were doing . Ended up not staying there and had to argue lengthy to get a refund for the no show fee. I have travelled a lot and have never experienced anything like this. Not the service I would expect from a DoubleTree by Hilton and I can only recommend people to not use this hotel.
My family reserved four rooms with two queen beds each two weeks prior to our trip. However, when we arrived, we were given four rooms with only one king bed in each. With 16 guests in our party, fitting everyone into just four beds was impossible. When we raised our concerns with the manager, he did nothing to resolve the issue and simply issued a refund. This was at 11 p.m., and my family had no place to go. This is completely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with our experience. DoubleTree needs to improve its service.

The location is very convenient for an early morning flight out of SFO. We had our digital key but went to the Front Desk to get our complimentary cookies and we were greeted by one of the nicest humans we've ever met. SHAH AWI is super nice and sweet. He took care of all our needs i.e. cookies, parking pass, physical key. SHAH is a great asset to Double Tree. An exemplary ambassador not just for the Double Tree but to the whole Hilton brand. First of all, I’d like to mention that I’m a Hilton Honors member. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist was quite rude. We arrived late at night, and when my dad inquired about the best place to eat, her response was far from helpful.
Very convenient location so you are outside of San Francisco but still close. Clean and friendly staff. Nice clean room. Didn't eat there so can't comment on that. The parking fee is clearly shown on the website. Parking is charged at most SF hotels.
I booked my room through booking.com for a quoted price of $360.70. However, I was charged $679.00 because a staff member changed my room and increased the price without my knowledge or consent. This place is a scam! I advise against booking here!

I stayed here for one night during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located just about 10 minutes north of SFO airport, and they also provide complimentary shuttle service.
The hotel is decent overall, but it feels quite old and outdated. Staying in my room gives me a sense of being transported back to 1989. It may appeal to certain guests...
