Unfortunately, I was here 11 nights for a work trip. 1) The noise travels through the walls, windows and doors so I hope that a good night's sleep is not your top priority. 2) They rent out the meeting rooms down stairs for partys. I was one of the lucky guests who got to listen to all the people that came to whomever's Sweet 16 that lasted past 2am. 3) If you book through a third party website and it says that breakfast is included, it is. I didn't know this because my employer booked my room. After I already went and bought breakfast food for the week, my employer told me that breakfast was included with my stay. I booked one night here with my son because of the pool. The website don’t advise anything about it. I was ready to complain because of the disappointment I was trying to do the last staycation before school with him) but I didn’t say a word, why? Because this hotel has an AMAZING STAFF! Everyone from the beginning to the end were incredible! The front desks girls, the housekeepers, the guy who made the cookies, all of them are awesome and very kind people. I’ve been in 5 stars hotels and I can say the treatment that we received there were beyond that! Thanks y’all! Congrats to the ownerPS: please update the website about the pool
I made the mistake of reading some of the reviews here on the eve of our stay after I’d already committed to the 5th floor (which one review mentioned specifically), and it made me worried. I shouldn’t have been. Our stay was lovely. Our room was big and beautiful and quiet and did not vibrate (see that 5th floor review). They are doing construction in the revolving door. Big deal. The pool is closed, but my Hilton app didn’t show a pool here so I was not disappointed. And we had no problem with the elevator. Absolutely would stay again.
Pool wasn't open(at all this year),rooms have seen better days,very poor lighting in the bathrooms,one of two elevators was in service. Our family had 5 rooms in this hotel so it wasn't a fluke. Age ranges were 20 to 84 and their observations were the same. The rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent from check in to check out. It was just a little underwhelming considering what the website was offering.

This establishment was ideal for our needs. The staff is outstanding—extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. However, the hotel is in urgent need of updates. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose. The standard rooms are of average size, but the entire hotel could use some renovation.
The front desk staff was fantastic. However, when we entered our room, there was a musty odor. To their credit, they made an effort to address the issue quickly, but unfortunately, the smell lingered. The bathroom lighting could have been better. On the plus side, the location is great.

- Entrance undergoing construction
- One elevator out of service
- Broken drapes
- Overall rundown appearance and in need of some TLC
- Smokers congregating outside each entrance
On a positive note, the staff are friendly and professional.
The staff here were excellent. They have a bar and my room was spacious. I left a couple items behind after check out and housekeeping put them aside. They were there for me 24 hours later. What a great surprise. I'd pick this over any other place near South Shore Hospital.

The BEST front desk staff I have ever encountered. LaKesha Basson went above beyond. Classy, beautiful ladies, and so very helpful. Truly made our stay above 5 stars! I also found the hotel to be very comfortable nice. But those two women upped it to another level.
