I ate a tiny bit since i did pay for it, I picked at it but it was terrible. Eggs were over cooked they didn't even look yellow, nor fresh, the bacon used to be tasty but mine was over cooked as well. kind of like if i was eating beef jerky. So, I'm not sure what happened? The hashbrowns were mushy not how hashbrowns are normally cooked. I should have followed my instinct but it's close to my house so i figured i would give it a try again. Been coming here since they opened; this place is a local favorite. Great food. Great service. Good serving size. Used to be busy pre-pandemic. Drive through is busy. Walk-in is empty. Generally very busy after the local schools get out. Prices have increased, still a decent value. The breakfast burritos used to be a nice price medium between a burger and a dinner plate : Breakfast burritos are still my favorite; ham burrito! The breakfast dishes here are great!!! love doublz never had a problem. BUT today i went by the drive thru and received the worst customer service by JUANA. they made my order wrong and she took it out on me as if it was my fault. she did not want to confirm my order again to make sure everything was right, all she did was laugh walked away. did not want to give me her name either. she should be retrained to have a positive attitude
Called in the order and was ready in less than 5 minutes even though it seemed busy. There is no extra charge for the thousand island dressing. They even added the banana peppers without having to ask for them. Will definitely be back with the fam. Paid $6.05 for a 6 dollar burger. What a deal.
