the service in this restaurant is probably the worst thing I ever had. the room is beautiful and promising, but if the sitting opportunity to check (with drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts) lasts every 50 minutes, they know that something is wrong. my party sat at 8:15 o'clock (our reservation time) and was immediately told about sittings that we had to put up our entire order because the kitchen would be closed. my party was quite surprised considering that it was a Saturday night and it seemed to be reservations for later in the evening. However, the impatient server insisted that we order immediately because we were actually the last reservation of the evening and the cook soon went...
This is probably the best burger in Greenwich. The problem is what you have to go thru to get it. I was there for lunch, the place was mostly empty on a Monday, maybe 8 other diners. They had two waiters and Im not sure who our how many was in the back of the house. For this largely empty restaurant I had to hunt the waiter down for ketchup and when it came it was a little cup with maybe 2 tablespoons of ketchup. When I requested more it took another ten minutes. I had to get up and go back to the kitchen myself. This is such a shame. I want to like this place but the service just leaves me cold.
beautiful room, but in any case, something has to be added to damp noise and echo. we were a friendly table of six and it was hard for us to keep a complete talk about the table of each other.
poor service without quality food very disappointing if we have so many good restaurants in greenwich that are proud of their service with excellent food we love this place, last time!

Servers were good, but pacing felt rushed. Food was ok, but not great. Nothing was objectionable, but not very impressive either.
Food is OK, but the service needs to be professionalized. There are many other better options in Greenwich.
The croquette appetizer was excellent, it should be on the menu every week
