Lovely family run, cosy ‘proper’ pub. Good selection of bitters, lagers, wine and everything in between. Lindsay and Simon have done a fantastic job bringing the pub back from the dead and turning it into a roaring success. Photo is a sample of the menu in February.

Took my family out for a country drive outing, and we came across the country pub called the Dovecote, so we called in and had a lovely home cooked lunch which we all enjoyed and will go again. Karl.

When there for a birthday party. Didnt have any food but the czech larger was great. Linsey and Simon are great people x

An impromptu mid week meal. The burger was very good nice people just doing nice things.
