I absolutely adore Dovetail! The team behind this place is genuinely passionate and caring, and it really shines through in the dedication of the staff. The food is always spot-on—I especially love the butter beef tataki. They also have an excellent wine selection that perfectly complements the spicy dishes. I’m a customer for life! The food at Dovetail is excellent. I sampled at least five dishes, and each one was delicious. While it is a bit more expensive compared to similar restaurants, it was definitely worth it.
