This was my third visit, and the person making the sandwiches today absolutely nailed it. I ordered a Rookie of the Year and a Paisano to-go, and both were on another level—literally twice as good as my last visit. The extra toppings, like more fried onions and chimichurri, made all the difference. The music was banging as usual, and the team vibe was great. I've been coming here for years. It's always been, and still is, one of the best places in town for chicken. Today, I had the chicken and waffles, which were fantastic, but they forgot my $6 order of fries. That made the 25% tip I gave feel a bit undeserved. Something to consider.
